  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged, altered, or worn.

  4. Shipping the Item Back:
    • You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning the item.
    • We recommend using a reliable courier service for returns to ensure the items are safely returned.
    • Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during the return process.

3. Refunds:

  • Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount minus any applicable return shipping fees. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a refund to your bank account or via another payment method of your choice.

4. Exchanges:

  • Exchange Policy: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will check availability of the new item, and if it is in stock, we will proceed with the exchange.
  • Return Shipping Costs: For exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will cover the cost of sending the new item back to you.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
